Assist the General Manager – Building Services (GM-BS) in supervising the ABSM and BSE
Assist the GM-BS / Senior Building Services Manager (SBSM) in E&M installation quality assurance including setting up and refining the Quality Assurance (QA) System
Assist the GM-BS and Responsible Project Manager (RPM) of designated projects to monitor overall management and complete the tasks of E&M installations within time and in good quality with due diligence and accuracy according to the directions in a professional manner.
Coordinate closely with the Resident Building Services Engineer / Assistant Resident Building Services Engineer / Senior Building Services Inspector / Building Services Inspector to ensure all E&M installations are inspected and recorded properly.
Report regularly to the GM-BS / SBSM for project related matters including but not limited to progress, constraint, quality, sustainability issues etc.
Report critical incident to GM-BS / SBSM as soon as possible and RPM / RPD where appropriate.
Bring in new technology in relation to E&M systems and IOT etc.
Assist in group sustainability matters if required
Provide technical support to other CCG’s Departments upon the instruction of GM-BS
Degree or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification project /construction management experience
Qualified BEAM Pro and experienced in MTRC property development projects will be an advantage
Good initiative and leadership skill
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Chinese
