To coordinate and monitor all restaurant development processes to ensure the project runs smoothly to meet the timelines and within budget
To coordinate and handle all tender and project administration documents
To coordinate the consultants and contractors and provide regular feedback on their performance
To assist and prepare the technical feasibility of all potential projects for both new and existing restaurants
To handle all relevant licenses and permits are issued on time for the project including negotiating with the landlords, utility companies and statutory authorities
Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Project Management / Building Services Engineering / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge in handling FEHD licensing application procedure
Possess 3 years’ relevant experience in project management or E&M design
Interpersonal, presentation, communication and MS Office/Project skills
