We are a professional building and real estate consulting firm providing various kinds of consulting services, statutory submission, license application, contracting and project management services to our prestigious clients including real estate developers, banks, listed companies, food and beverage operators, retailers, institutional groups, hotel management companies and etc. To cope with our growing business, we are seeking for high caliber and competent people to take up the following challenging positions.
DUTIES:
Report to Senior Project Manager / Authorized Person / Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Surveying) to handle the assigned duties for alteration and additions, renovation projects, fitting out projects, statutory submission, asset enhancement, building survey and etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Holder of Degree in Building Surveying
- Having relevant experience in handling submission drawings, project management and site monitoring with good knowledge of regulation to be preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written English and Chinese)
- Good personal qualities of integrity, proactive, hardworking and well-organized
