Business Administration Assistant

Responsibilities: 

  • Implement and follow up all business activities and strategies.

  • Prepare business report and market analysis report.
  • Collect and update the latest market information regularly and prepare market forecast report.
  • Cost calculation and prepare / update price lists and update at computer system.
  • Assist to analyze and set the annual sales target of each area and industry.
  • Assist on daily communication with suppliers, including product quality complaints and bargaining with suppliers.
  • Assist the Manager in daily Management of Business Administration and sales team.
  • Assist the Manager in handling customer complaints.
  • Assist in the reception of suppliers' visiting and customer visit.
  • Handle ad-hoc jobs as assigned by Managers.

  Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above.
  • Min. 1-2 years relevant working experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical & computer skill.
  • Hard working, independent, good communication and negotiation technique.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Japanese Speaker is an advantage.
  • Travel to China occasionally.
