Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business Development to achieve sales target;
  • Support on developing and implementing of sales distribution plans for key accounts;
  • Supervise a team to support daily sales operation, sales target monitoring, administration, manpower planning and budget control;
  • Support and facilitate sales operation team to achieve sales target and other operating goals;
  • Continuous review of sales operation manual and related policies according to changing operation requirements to enhance operating efficiency;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Sales Administration or Business Development in which at least 3 years at management level;
  • Experience in sales is highly preferable;
  • Excellent relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong leadership, presentation, problem solving skills, analytical power and opened mind;
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, planning and organization skills;  Multi-tasking and self-motivated;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediate availability preferred.
