Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Department Head schedule, collect meeting materials, handle visas, etc
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the department, including document management, training coordination, procurement arrangement, etc
  • Cooperate with related departments to provide IT, office security, and confidentiality support
  • Provide meeting support, including setting up the meeting, taking photos, and reporting
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in banking or financial institution
  • Good PC and Chinese typing skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered.
