Business Analysis Manager, Supply Chain

This position is responsible in providing critical and transparent analysis for Supply Chain including areas of procurement and logistics.  As well as to provide reporting on its business performance, key drivers and to develop cost effective initiatives, strategic plan to ensure company short term and long term goals are achieved.


  • Develop and drive Annual Operating / Budget Plan for Supply Chain and ensure goals of these plans are align with Business Units
  • Set and monitor KPIs and financial targets to improve procurement and logistics productivity
  • Review, analysis and report on monthly financial performance, including G&A
  • Review and develop solutions to have well control on P&L
  • Drive financial planning and build business modelling for key projects
  • Provide analysis to identify risks and opportunities for the department
  • Assist in ad hoc projects


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of experience in financial analysis in retail / service oriented industry
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage
  • Possess good business modelling skills and advance skill in MS Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
