Coordinate and execute management planning for corporate banking businesses
Support strategic initiatives, business development projects and events
Identify key drivers in the formulation of strategic/operating plans and initiatives
Monitor the performance tracking mechanism by providing timely analysis of business performance to identify risks and opportunities from the external and internal environments
Provide business analysis and performance tracking, acting as corporate banking field expert in financial performance for tactical analysis
Produce financial and business performance commentaries to meet the changing needs of the business
Produce variance analysis on business results and cost/income dynamics at segment / product levels
Coordinate business planning, producing sensitivity analysis in support of the strategic/ operating plan, regular management reports and annual business plan
Provide support and liaise with different teams in preparing analysis on business projects and specific industry segment
Degree holder or above with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in, exposure in corporate banking experience in banking field would be advantageous
Independent team player with strong sense of ownership
Good analytical, organizational and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Words, Excel and Powerpoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Business Analysis & Strategy Manager
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
