  • Develop project management plan and initiate lead change, ultimately to be accountable for successful delivery of various regional and cross-team projects to ensure benefits realization.
  • Implement project plan, establish effective project controls and procedures, organize project progress meetings, monitor the progress and respond to stakeholders’ requests.
  • Monitor resources utilization to manage the effective use of resources. Influence strategy and shape the approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and receive feedbacks, provide advice and review project requirements and to facilitate project solution, report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to management and steering committees, make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery.
  • Keep abreast of relevant latest regulatory requirements, industry initiatives, requirements and protocols, and relevant solutions in best effort. Follow relevant policies, procedures and guidelines in performing the above responsibilities at all times.
  • Support Division / Department to organize Southeast Asia training.
  • Create reports and analysis data for reporting to management.
  • Provide administrative support to the Division complete any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Division.


  • University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of three years solid banking experience
  • Experience in project management, operation process optimization and business transformation preferred
  • Strong banking sense and self-motivated with good analytical and project management skills and be able to work independently
  • Good understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice
  • Demonstrate ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with Lotus Note, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience of PMP implementation, lean six sigma
