Our client is a leading property developer with a number of high quality residential/commercial buildings/shopping malls in Hong Kong and China. They're now looking for an innovative digital specialist to assist in planning and coordinating their new development of technology and digital transformation initiatives.
Reporting to Senior Manager, you will be part of a small cross-functional team that will develop, measure and continuously improve new digital capabilities, platforms and business models. Focusing on digital and mobile app projects, you will analyse and identify business requirements and carry out solutions to fulfil long-term digital development of the company. You will keep track on the market trend by sourcing and researching new technologies that may alleviate customer experience, and provide plausible proposals and action plans.
Bachelor degree holder in business, digital, technology or relevant disciplines. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in digital transformation projects, Fintech projects, technology change management. Excellent communication and international skills. Self-motivated, initiative, detail-minded and good team player.
