Business Analyst - Digital Project

  • Analyze and document basic requirements and business processes
  • Create basic technical and functional user documentation
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to manage internal and external customer enhancement requests and expectations
  • In charge of taking User Requirements analysis for digital projects, bridge the gap between technology, internal team and end users
  • Gather requirements from a variety of sources to support product development process
  • Participate in QA / UAT Test
  • Research and analyze products for new features based on requirements, maintain stakeholder expectations and raise appropriate issues to product managers
  • Develop “trusted advisor" relationship with stakeholders through effective communication and efficient, quality execution on projects
  • Drive the design, review of test cases, manage project’s scope and acceptance
  • Analyze pattern and trends on positive/negative of customer behavior
  • Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to improve product performance, conversion strategies
  • Take initiative in resolving issues in a timely manner


  • Bachelor degree holder in Business, IT or equivalent experience required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software or related digital project / product development experience
  • Experience using Agile SCRUM development processes, ability to manage large, complex projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of the full software development lifecycle and associated methodologies that are helpful
  • Strong planning and organizational skills involving the ability to manage multiple work tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Experience working in SQL, Tableau or related business reporting tool. Programming skills preferred but not required
  • Experience in analyzing products with a digital footprint is highly preferred
  • Understanding of gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories/functional specifications
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experience in Agile Methodology and tools (JIRA or Confluence) is a plus
  • Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English
