Business Analyst (Financial Services ITSM) - Contract

  • Manage, monitor and implement projects to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables
  • Process re-engineering for the existing IT Service Management workflow (System Change, Incident and Problem Management, Service Request) and IT Project Management process
  • Produce project documentations such as requirement documents, analysis reports, proposals, specifications test plans, system manuals and training materials
  • Liaise with solution vendors, Quality Assurance team and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support system UAT
  • Ensure implemented solutions to meet with company's policies
  • Define and execute implementation plan till solution delivery
  • Log, report and follow up deliverable defects until resolution
  • Perform user training
  • Coordinate system go live and cutover arrangement
  • Post-implementation follow up to ensure that outstanding issues are properly logged and reported

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Over 5 years of experience in IT Services Management, PMO, Change Management, Incident Management
  • Hands-on experience in project governance, IT service management and IT process re-engineering
  • Experience in using ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy
  • Excellent writing and oral skills in English
  • Mature and capable of working with different levels of stakeholders
  • ITIL foundation, PMP accreditation is a plus
