Act as the Subject Matter Expert on B2B & B2C platform
Responsible to define functionality and roadmap to be built on B2B & B2C Platform
Co-ordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure deliverables are meeting the requirement
Large scale project in general insurance industry with good exposure on new Agile methodology, B2B & B2C platform and new InsurTech
Job Responsibility
Own the initiative to understand business needs and requirements and provide technical solution with various stakeholders
Work closely with stakeholders to define the priority on business needs and requirements
Define the system change roadmap based on pre-defined business initiatives and time-to-time ad-hoc request
Create user story and business requirement documentation
Work with onshore and offshore development team to ensure the implementation and design matches the business requirement
Consult and Create UAT test scenario and plans and lead the UAT execution to ensure the deliverables meet business needs and its quality
Plan and provide operational rollout-support including user training, user manual and post-implementation support
Act as the Subject Matter Expert on system to provide 1st line support to internal and external user
Provide guidance and coaching to the subordinates &/or team members
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or similar educated
5 – 7 years working experience as BA in insurance industry
Experience in supporting end-to-end system change delivery as well as front-line BAU support on system
Able to lead business analysis activity independently
Good knowledge in GI insurance product and Insurance operation
Excellent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, influencing and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work closely with business users. Internal team and external vendors.
Excellent analytic and problem solving skill with attention to details
Self-motivated and faster learner
Experience in B2B & B2C platform is preferred
Experience in agile methodology is preferred
