Business Analyst (Insurance), Contract

Our client is a renowned multinational insurance company and financial services provider who is looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join the fast growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize user requirement studies, conduct business requirement analysis, system design walkthru and documentation
  • Work with business stakeholders, IT and vendors in system design, development, deployment process and quality assurance process
  • Coordinate changes in requirements, improve/ replace business process and associated technology
  • Conduct system testing and develop implementation plans to ensure smooth transition to production

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related major
  • Over 5 years of working experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst
  • Knowledge of MPF / ORSO is mandatory
  • Hands-on work experience in financial/insurance industry
  • Technical know-how in Group Retirement Benefit or Wealth Management system applications development and implementation
  • Experience in data analysis and imaging & workflow system is preferred
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including Chinese (must) and English
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is ideal
