What You Will Be Doing

  • Understand e-commerce data in order to conduct evaluations of patterns and trends and provide operational reporting, forecasting, and marketing action plans
  • Monitor, analyze and interpret data from internal data source and analytic tools
  • Consolidate and automate regular reports, provide insights and performance tracking
  • Conduct analysis including sales performance, traffic flows, customer segmentation, customer journey analysis, and marketing effectiveness/strategy
  • Explore opportunities from digital marketing channels
  • Provide marketing insights which is useful to maximize conversion rate

Who is our Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics or Data Science related discipline
  • Solid experience in marketing analysis or business intelligence is a must
  • Strong Google Analytics skills
  • Strong spreadsheet skills
  • Hands-on experience in Tableau and GA360 is an advantage
  • Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages is a big plus
  • Proven experience in e-commerce is preferred
  • Good command of numerical reasoning skills
  • Fresh Graduate are also welcome
