Business Analyst (Process Improvement)

A world leading retailer is looking for a Business Analyst (Process Improvement) to join a fast and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all round supply chain duties
  • Leads, develops, and manages Performance Improvement projects.
  • Monitor monthly operational KPIs and system alerts and report to senior management
  • Handle demand forecast and inventory planning
  • Define business case for process improvement, set targets for operational KPIs, prepare change management roadmap, develop project plan, conduct pre-launch, launch new BAU and track business benefits realization.

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • At leaset 5 years' experience in supply chain
  • SAP user
  • Qualifications in Lean or Six Sigma &/PMP is advantageous.
  • Team player with strong customer orientation
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
