Business Analyst, Product Development (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs, impacts and collect user requirements from project stakeholders
• Elicit, validate user requirements and work out solutions with proper documentation in user requirement specifications
• Act as a key liaison between users, IT and vendors throughout the project implementation process
• Lead and conduct the User Acceptance Test (UAT), formulate test plan and test cases, and perform defects analysis and maintenance
• Follow up project tasks in accordance to project timeline, and report progress to the Project Manager
• Provide support and training to end-users
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in life insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance product features and operation flows
• Knowledge of insurance systems and system architecture
• Familiar with end to end project flow, particularly in UAT for insurance projects
• Solid experience in business analysis, planning, coordination and execution in project environment
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
