MARK / PRM is the global markets division for agency trading of cash and derivatives equities. The users in Asia are mostly based in Hong Kong. Other user locations include Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia and India.

Join an AGILE feature team of 7-9 staff based in HK and covering technology needs of Asian equities markets.



Working in a self-managed team adopting AGILE methodology to :
  • Scoping of Asian equities (cash and derivatives) business initiatives
  • Analyze business requirements and key processes
  • Write functional specifications with business collaboration
  • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
  • Lead and coordinate the impact analysis work for global and local changes
  • Review test packs for sufficient coverage
  • Provide expertise to assist in testing
  • Troubleshoot production issues
  • Member of multi-skilled Agile team delivering business value in 2-week sprint cycles
  • The XAE (Cross-Asset Execution) tribe has three similar Agile feature teams in HK
  • Interaction with I.T. colleagues in UK with whom we share global code base
  • Close working relationship with business users who act as our Product Owner in Agile ceremonies



  • 5+ years IT experience
  • 3+ years as Business Analyst in financial sector
  • In-depth knowledge of equities business workflows : DMA, Algo, Program Trading, Middle Office, etc
  • Experience of Fidessa trading platform (TOP, AMMA, CTAC, FDA etc)
  • Nice to have :
- Exposure to equities derivatives business
  • Familiarity with FIX protocol
  • Experience working with AGILE methodology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential
  • Capable of working in an autonomous fashion in a self-managing AGILE team
  • Capacity to work in a multicultural environment
  • Dedicated and persevering, commits to delivery dates and achieving targets
  • Adaptable to continuous evolution of our business model
