Job Description
  • Develop product and proper processes to manage and drive business opportunities, guest satisfaction and product quality through business studies;
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and help identifying the underlying business needs;
  • Monitor progress of execution of research and analytics;
  • Monitor market trends and track competitor activity to support the different functional business development;
  • Prepare standard reports and forecasts to facilitate business reviews;
  • Supporting on all related projects & events.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business Administration;
  • At least 3 or more years of hotel operations and/or business analyst experience;
  • Hospitality and/or customer service industry experience a plus;
  • With consultancy background in research is highly preferable;
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to manage independently in a dynamic environment with rapid development cycles, multifunctional teams and tight project timeframes;
  • Excellent analytical skills, flexibility, ability to plan and organize, responsiveness, and creativity;
  • Strong technical skills with Excel;
  • Database Management tools and software;
  • Experience working in a structured project management methodology with formal tools and approaches.
