In this role, you will

  • Analyze the business process and user requirements in order to develop and implement IT solutions
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, prepare the functional specifications and test cases
  • Assist Project Manager in project planning, monitoring the schedules and milestones, and ensuring the deliverables are met with the user requirement
  • Focus on system implementation project in Listing, Customer & Sales Activities management
  • Able to lead Business users to define user acceptance tests (UAT)
  • Responsible for documentation, regulatory and reporting, etc.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in banking or insurance industry is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with different levels of management
  • Experience in using PMP, Agile & DevOps is preferred
  • Able to work independently; multi-tasking and handling multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Quick to learn and keen to adapt new methodology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage)
