Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze user requirement to prepare functional specifications
  • Liaise with business users, vendor and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
  • Manage resources planning and budget
  • Execute user acceptance testing including test planning, execution and defect management
  • To conduct market research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Degree qualified preferably in Business, IT, Operations Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Services Industry with a focus on business analysis and/or system analysis
  • Vendor Working Experience is a plus
  • Strong business analysis skills on requirement gathering and documentation
  • Solid experience in software testing including planning, execution and result document
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work under dynamic environment and multi-tasking
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and good command of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
