Job Duties:

  • Independently handle internal Operations project/initiatives as well as BAU projects & Strategic projects
  • Prepare, analyse & validate requirements for life operations
  • Review functional specification to ensure the alignment of user requirements
  • Work as a liaison among stakeholders including IT and other functional teams for implementation
  • Work independently with Vendor to ensure effectiveness of the projects
  • Produce business scenarios (test plan) for UAT execution, and monitor UAT schedule and batch update etc.
  • Prepare management report and data analysis
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • FLMI is an advantage but not a must
  • 2-5 years solid experience in life insurance company, preferably in Operations/Business Analysis/Project Management function
  • Experience in handling printing solution/correspondence design is a plus
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Good PC skills and MS Office application
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
