Business Analyst

The successful candidate will report to the Business Analyst Lead of the Information Technology Department at the Group level. As the interface among the IT application team, business departments, and external vendors, he/she will, with the guidance of the Business Analyst Lead, understand the business processes and operations, translate business objectives to features and configuration requirements of various enterprise/ customer-facing solutions, involve in the end-to-end delivery by internal team or external vendors, and manage testing with business representatives.

Requirements:

• University degree holder or above, preferably in Business Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, project management, test management, and vendor management
• Hands-on experience in digital transformation, ERP implementation (preferably on procurement and finance related processes) or data analytics is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with business and IT counterparts
• Proactive in sharing ideas and making suggestions
• Good analytical skills, detail-minded, and organized
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
