Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Dynamics AX2012/ D365FO end-to-end implementation projects/ functions including configuration, testing, training and cutover.
• Work together with project manager, functional team and vendor in the system development life cycle.
• Assist in user requirements gathered, analysis, and preparation in related documents.
• Support users in using the system and work with the team to troubleshoot the problem.
• Work closely with users and internal IT team for the functional discussion, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.
• Functional test for new change request
• Train key-users / end-users
• Functional support to end-users.

Requirements: 

• Diploma/Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 1 years of IT experience in Business Analyst
• Knowledge of financial systems, reporting tools, project management, database management or VBA will be an advantage.
• Experiences in ERP/SAP/POS/CRM related system will be an advantage.
• Experiences on Microsoft Dynamics AX/365FO or more of relevant experience in a similar role will be plus.
