Department: Business Analytics & Research Department

In this position, you will lead the team to: 

  • Perform in-depth quantitative customer analysis and communicate business insights to Marketing and Sales, and provide high quality and actionable solutions
  • Prepare and present articulate reports based on vast amount of data
  • Conduct customer segmentation analysis
  • Generate insight and turn lucid marketing information from various sources (e.g. data warehouse) into managerial actionable intelligence
  • Prepare and analyze reports which summarize and forecast business activity based on past, present and expected operations
  • Lead and manage market research projects (quantitative and qualitative), including: users’ requirements collection, scope definition, research methodology design & proposal, overseeing research/fieldwork process, data analysis, findings & insights presentations to users/management
  • Work closely with agencies and various stakeholders to update project performance and results
  • Identify and recommend new research projects to meet business needs
  • Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, conduct customer and competitor analysis, data processing and compile information into concise report and presentation
  • Control budget and expenditure
  • Assist Ad-hoc projects

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: 

  • University degree in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Economics or equivalent
  • With a minimum of 6-8 years’ practical experience in marketing research and quantitative analysis
  • Strong project management skill and experience in research fieldwork operation and quality assurance
  • Strong in using statistical tools (COGNOS, SPSS, SAS, SQL, etc.)
  • Strong PC skills, especially in MS Office and statistical software
  • Experience in data warehouse and data mining will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Meticulous, well organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Articulate, good report writing and presentation skills. Proficiency in English & Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Good team player, responsive, proactive, flexible and able to work independently
