  • Perform daily operations such as briefing fund products to client, following client subscription and redemption, documents checking, recording and filing.
  • Co-ordinate with marketing team in China for daily routine works.
  • Assist in fund operation and administrative support.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support,
  • Ad hoc duties when required. 


  • Diploma / degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related disciplines
  • 8 - 10 relevant working experience, preferably knowledge of financial markets. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confident, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin proficiency.
