Business and Administrative Support


  • Perform daily operations such as briefing fund products to clients, following client subscription and redemption, documents checking, recording and filing.
  • Co-ordinate with marketing team in China for daily routine works
  • Assist in wealth management operation and administration work
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Ad hoc duties when required


  • Diploma / degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related disciplines
  •  6-8 years relevant experience, preferably in financial institutions
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confident, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin proficiency
