Should you join our Global Banking business, you will work as a business financial specialist and help our corporate customers with their financial decisions. You will work closely with them to understand their needs, business uniqueness and competitive edge, and tailor flexible, versatile and long-term financial solutions that best meet their requirements. You will also help in forecasting their future development and expansion needs.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Business and Credit Management Manager (12-month Contract).

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Provide support to department head for FCC Initiative - Global Standards implementation and ensuring all Global Banking business units and systems are compliant to group policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist department head to transfer CDD / Sanction Policy rollout into BAU process
  • Assist department head to coordinate and complete all relevant Global Standards initiatives and remediation plans for customer due diligence
  • Ensure all the relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders inclusive of regional office and internal project team
  • Coordinate with other Hang Seng overseas sites to implement Global Standards

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of three years’ banking experience, preferably with good knowledge of compliance and risk and control management
  • Attentiveness to details and self-motivated
  • Good time management and able to work under a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

 

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Business and Credit Management Manager.)
