We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Business and Credit Management Manager.


Principal responsibilities

To support the business and credit control of the department with particular focus on the following aspects:

  • Review and update the existing guidelines of business and credit management to ensure compliance with external and internal requirements;
  • Work closely with key Risk stewards and business/product partners to efficiently handle business compliance, data governance, credit and operational risk and control issues, and prepare relevant reports as required;
  • Monitor business activities with Financial Institutions counterparties to ensure all transactions are properly dealt within the approved limits, and work closely with Risk stewards and business/product partners to investigate and report unauthorized excess if any;
  • Participate in the development, maintenance and enhancement of management information system, as well as various departmental/cross-functional projects as required.



  • University degree in Business Management, Banking, Accounting, Finance, related discipline or other relevant qualifications;
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in credit analysis, credit control and/or business compliance preferable;
  • Strong analytical ability with good project management, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-starter and ability to work under pressure;
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage;
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
