Required Experience

  • Ideal candidate has over 8-10 years solid working experience with the last few years direct reporting to senior management
  • Proactive, good knowledge in general office operations and business centre experience an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, a team player with good command of English and Chinese
  • Understands good corporate governance and compliance
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Services
  • Can handle HR matters, including recruiting, training and leave management

 

 Job Profile

  • Oversee the Group’s self-owned and self-operated boutique business centre
  • Handle existing and potential client requests/enquiries
  • Responsible for office management including maintenance and emergency repairs (complying with regulatory requirements) and closely liaising with contractors and out-sourced partners
  • Managing tenant renewal and/or new acquisition, preparation of agreements and handover logistics
  • Build and expand good potential contacts for tenant recruits, agents, contractors and suppliers
  • Attend to and draft company minutes and resolutions
  • Possibly organize and maintain company secretarial records, registers and Company Registrar filings
  • Handle ad hoc projects / tasks / reports requested by Management
