Develop a portfolio of prospective clients in the commodities/ energy sector.
Understand clients’ job requirements and to source for suitable candidates using a variety of channels.
Coordinate with HR Directors/ Managers/ Hiring Managers to define necessary requirements on their roles
Prepare contracts, proposals and presentations for clients meeting
Conduct confidential interviews and references check
Network and build long-lasting client relationships
Manage both client’s and candidate’s expectations
Research and develop recruiting leads
Degree / Diploma with 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in commodities and energy. Candidates who are presently working in the commodities trading firm and keen to recruit in this domain are keen welcome to apply.
Able to engage in business discussions with senior management staff/ HR Director in delivering best candidate to the clients.
Result oriented, outgoing personality and possess excellent communication skills.
