Business Development Director



  • Manages, develop and formulate sales strategies to achieve sales
  • To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies of company brand / products in Hong Kong and China
  • To oversee the implementation of all marketing, advertising and promotion activities for Hong Kong and China markets
  • Through research or observation, gain insight of consumer market and identify market opportunities for future growth
  • Set up annual budget for brand marketing
  • Develop corporate brand marketing strategies and execution plans
  • Develop 4P strategies for existing or new products in line with corporate brand positioning
  • Communicate brand positioning and product differentiation to sales team
  • Keep track of sales figures to fine tune marketing / product strategy
  • Keep alert of competitors’ activities and propose appropriate action plans to help the brand stay competitive in the market
  • Conduct analysis of brand building and product marketing activities’ effectiveness



  • Degree holder, MBA or master degree in related Discipline is preferred
  • 8-10 years consumer marketing work experience
  • FMCG or Food & Beverage related industry experience is an advantage
  • Sound business acumen and results oriented
  • Strong understanding of consumer market and channel dynamics in Hong Kong / China
  • Analytical, able to identify market opportunities through data and observation
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to influence both internal and external key stakeholders
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
