Business Development Executive, Customer Centre

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mainly conduct outbound telemarketing activities and identify cross-selling opportunities to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Provide accurate information and extraordinary service to potential and existing customers
  • Handle inbound applications and related enquiries
  • Achieve KPIs including sales target, number of calls made, talk time and attendance
  • Work closely with internal parties and ensure service level meets the company standard and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required
  • Provide regular feedback to supervisor for sales and service improvement


  • Secondary school graduate or above qualifications
  • Licensed holder (IIQE Paper I & II)
  • At least 2 years in telemarketing or telesales Industry with focus on a wide range of General Insurance products
  • Self-motivated, independent, customer-oriented with excellent customer service, telemarketing & communication skills
  • Proactive, self-initiative with ability to work under pressure and achieve sales target
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
