Business Development Executive / Manager

  • University graduate or above
  • 1 year or more of business sales experience, preferably in the professional service industry
  • Strong interest in developing a career in the consulting / training industry
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to call on and establish good relationships with corporate clients
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and committed with a “can-do" attitude
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), Mandarin a plus
  • Proficient in Word and PowerPoint, and CRM systems



The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Assist our business growth by successfully selling training solutions and products to corporate customers from various industries
  • Identify and seek out potential clients and business opportunities
  • Proactively initiate Business to Business sales calls and visits to potential and existing clients
  • Maintain detailed sales call correspondence records for after-sales follow-up and internal reporting
  • Handle client correspondences, and prepare training proposals
  • Manage the customer experience including pre-training preparation, logistics arrangements, payments, and post-training review
  • Achieve the defined targets to support business growth
