Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing leasing strategies to achieve company’s objectives, and budget planning and control
  • Search, identify and recommend potential site base on the leasing strategies
  • Work closely with prospective landlords, property developers, and other stakeholders to explore potential business opportunities
  • Maintain and enhance the relationship with business partners, including but not limited to property developers and landlords
  • Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and analyze market trends
  • Handle leasing works such as preparation of leasing documents and reports, lease negotiation, etc
  • Coordinate with business partners for marketing events and promotions
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
     

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience with prior exposure in property management, business development or leasing is preferred
  • Proactive, responsible with good communication & negotiation skills
  • Independent and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with senior experience will be considered as Senior Executive
