Main purpose of the role:

G4S, a leading security and facility services company that provides proactive security services and cutting-edge smart technology to deliver tailored, integrated security solutions. Through the program, we aim to identify potential Sales Leaders in pursuit of future growth of our Business in Hong Kong.

  • To achieve sales targets set by the Account Manager by proactively and aggressively approaching potential customers with emphasis on the agreed target segments;
  • To identify potential clients and new business opportunities,
  • To meet potential clients with professional and presentable proposal
  • To keep trustful relationships with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports to drive successful level of renewals contract
  • To prepare the contract renewal proposal and the related documentary works;
  • To provide the potential or existing client a outstanding security service solutions and resolving challenges in a skillful way
  • To update and share market intelligence with all stakeholders

Requirements :

  • University graduate in any discipline;
  • Excellent business development and presentation skills
  • Proactive, responsible, well-organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking, work under pressure, manage tight schedule
  • Good computer skills to supervise the account development with CRM system
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • We welcome any fresh university graduate or with less experience candidate
