Business Development Executives / Sales Representatives / Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up sales leads to close the deal and meet the target;
• Handle daily sales operation, such as quotations, order arrangements, after-sales services;
• Handle customers inquiries and complaints;
• Participate in marketing and promotional events;
• Complete related paper works and reports timely;
• Coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction;
• Various ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in sales/customer services, less experience will also be considered as Assistant;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin; Accurate English & Chinese typing are essential;
• Polite, solicitous and positive thinking;
• Details-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
