Business Development Manager / Account Executive - Electronic Components (5 days)

  • Regional planning for HK & China (or Taiwan)
  • Define the mass market strategies by digital promotion (target to have continuous growth in sales revenue, customer counts & maximize margin)
  • Identify Partner Reseller Strategy if needed & draft business proposal for selected customer segments
  • Evaluate target customers fit for company’s model
  • Outline the Digital engagement proposal with the objectives to increase sales revenue, line counts & maximize margin
  • Provide business direction & co-ordinate with Sales Team to ensure quality service
  • Work with Supply Chain Management to promote & implement the programs
  • Build long-term professional relationships with customers
  • Perform business reviews with customer to ensure the customer satisfaction and pursue new business opportunities
  • Proactively work with functional heads in corporate office to ensure getting the right resources to support the business growth


  • Solid account development experience in multi-national company or multi-line distributors
  • 3-5 years or above electronics components sales experience, preferable in HK & China market
  • Positive attitude and strong influencing power to his/her colleagues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Well organized in business proposal & good at data analysis
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in both Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
  • Less experience will be considered as Account Executive
