A brand new regional opportunity within a Corporate Training Leader is now available to candidates across Asia Pacific! Our client is looking for a fast-paced and experienced corporate trainer with strong experiences in banking and financial services industry to join their team.
Our client is a listed global leading professional training provider. They focus on offering tailor made and high quality corporate training services to solve their clients' needs. To cope with their business expansion within Asia Pacific, they are now seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join their regional team.
This role is a regional position, focused on the banking and financial services sector. Your role will be involved in managing existing accounts, as well as identifying potential opportunities in the market and to develop new clients. You will be liaising with senior contacts to understand the needs to the clients within the organization. This Business Development Manager needs to understand the banking and financial services space and be able to address issues that the clients are facing in a consultative way. You will need to achieve targets set out by the company. This role will involve a high percentage of travel.
The successful candidate must have at least 3+ years of sales experiences within a corporate training firm. You must have knowledge within the banking and financial services industry either through educational background or work experience. This person must have strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills. The successful candidate must have a strong sales track record. High amounts of travel is required for this role and the candidate must be prepared to do so. Candidates in Asia Pacific who are not based in Hong Kong but would like to relocate here would be considered. Native Mandarin speakers will be highly advantageous.
