Business Development Manager, Employee Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and provide quality service to the accounts assigned.
  • Achieve policy persistency target.
  • Provide professional and technical expertise to brokers / direct customers
  • Maintain the profitability of assigned portfolio.
  • Achieve sales production and business target.
  • Manage the entire sales process, prospecting, and proposal preparation.
  • Explore cross sell opportunity of Employee Benefits
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned.
  • Drive new initiatives to generate revenue and support all related marketing activities.
  • Solicit customer feedback for better customer satisfaction management.
  • Monitor renewal and new business quality and workflow and provide suggestions for further improvement
  • University degree of any discipline
  • At least 3-5 years experience in Employee Benefits field or sales experience, preferably in service industry or sizeable organization
  • Sound knowledge of Group Medical & Life products
  • Solid experience in handling Group Medical insurance
  • Good customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC skills including Word and Excel
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
