Business Development Manager (Japanese) / Location : Hochiminh City, Vietnam

Responsibilities:
Take charge in realising sales target and achieving win-win situation with business partner/channel partners/strategic alliance partner such in ASEAN regions

Identify new business opportunities, prepare business development plan and carry out systematic prospecting, preferably with own customer’s profile

Leading the team in prepare & deliver professional presentations, proposal, marketing materials and monitoring sales lead and responses

Responsible for driving in market growth, ensuring operational excellence and developing infrastructure project pipeline for new business opportunities and achieve company revenue growth

Develop & maintain relationship with existing & potential customers

Provide leadership, direction in business development and coordinating in developing various functional departments in developing new logistics business

Design and implement a strategic business plan for achieving revenue growth in line with the regional & corporate objectives, KPIs are measured

Travelling across the region

Requirements:
University graduate/ or degreed holder or

At least 5 years of sales/business development/experience in the MNC B2B environment, preferably in the field of Contract Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Freight Forwarding

Good knowledge in ASEAN/Indochina markets is preferable

A successful track record in identifying market opportunities and being able to mobilize an organization to capture profitable sales growth

Experience working in a start-up environment will be an added advantage

Strong interpersonal skills and capabilities in networking

Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, any addition asian languages is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point

Excellent in communication and presentation skill

A team player with excellent in communication and presentation skill

Able to develop new clients and achieve sales target for the company

Good customer services skills to deal day-to-day with all enquiries and cultivate relationships with future clients

Aggressive, able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints
