Our client is a multi-national Business Centre Company.  To copy with their business expansion, they are now looking for the talented Business Development Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
• Generates profitable new business within the local market in order to exceed set targets
• Responsible for training, managing, motivating, leading and developing a centre team
• Accountability for Centre profitability, Centre performance and the Centre’s success
• Retains and develops existing client relationships that result in new business leads and maximizing client revenue potential

Requirements:
• University graduate in Business, Management, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of B2B sales experience in Business Centre/ Hospitality – MICE/ Hotel/ Telecom/ Banking/ Advertising Agency fields
• Good language, communication, CS skills with fast-paced, sales-driven caliber
• Immediately available is highly preferred
