Business Development Manager, Retail Lending

Responsibilities:
- Solicit new loan business to achieve individual targets
- Monitor credit quality, prepare credit proposals and other loans documents
- Cross-sell other general banking products and make business referrals to other departments and subsidiaries
- Maintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to relevant policies and guidelines
- Take up special projects when required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant selling experience in retail banking
- Good understanding of credit analysis and strong retail banking products knowledge
- Good knowledge in real estate loan or unsecured loan products
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
