Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

The main responsibility of this candidate is to identify and develop business opportunities for the company:-

  • Identify and develop business opportunities
  • Actively and successfully manage the solution development, solution pitch, negotiation and closure
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation
  • Develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts
  • Build referral and lead generation network
  • Develop and implement strategies for new products and services
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
  • Analyze business to determine new opportunities and market trends
  • Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner

   Customer Relations Management

  • Manage customer relationship together with the various sales and operations teams
  • Serve as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects
  • Implements effective key account management
  • Monitors and updates Quality Performance Scorecard
  • Identify decision makers at the major accounts
  • Cultivates the relationship with the major accounts


  • Degree with at least 3 years of working experience, ideally in a sales related or operations related capacity
  • Experience in facility & building management
  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated goal and detail oriented
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as a senior position
