Assist management team on daily business management and administration
Formulate, review and update strategic business plans and operational procedures
Gather and analyze periodic business data to compile management reports
Collaborate with business units and support units; as well as external vendors to deliver different securities projects across various banking divisions and ensure clients to receive high standards of service on time
Act as focal point of contact and liaise with various stakeholders and resolve conflicts or any disputes
Degree in Business Management and Administration or related discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience participating in business management and development of securities or banking industry
In-depth knowledge of process, practices and theories in business development management
Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and negotiation skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Manager)
