It concentrates primarily on installation systems and construction chemicals, plus manufactures and markets an array of tools.

Business Development Manager/ Solution Sales

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for supporting and coordinating service business opportunities in tight contact with the Head of Business Development.

Responsibilities:
Leadership role in developing Asset Management contracts on and beyond our customer base, through different solution platform like Fleet management and/or Asset management solutions…
Build competency of sales force with consultative selling skills and work closely with account managers to build new accounts
To organize and to conduct professional system implementation through coordinating with both internal and external partners, facilitate customer after-sales care when necessary

Requirements:
Passion in developing a successful and sustainable service business
University graduate in Business Administration or Engineering discipline or equivalent
3 to 5 years’ business development experience, preferably gained from the construction related or Service industry
A Self-Starting entrepreneur with a CAN-DO spirit
Process Oriented and strong Problem Identification/ Solving skills
Good knowledge in the use of new technologies, a tech-savvy personality will be advantageous
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
Willingness to work at different onsite when needed, for demonstration/ implementation
