  • Responsible for engaging and selling Document Management solution which include :
  • Document Management / Workflow Solutions
  • Develop sales activities to achieve company goals and targets
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Identify and develop business opportunities
  • Develop strategy and sales plan to address sector requirements
  • Maintain consistently a sound & good relationship with customers to influence them on further business growth
  • Explore and understand customer’s requirement and fulfill their satisfaction through design and tailor made solutions
  • Prepare proposal & conduct solutions demonstrations and presentations



  • Degree holder with at least 3 years working experience
  • Experience in Document Management or IT solutions
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional relationship management, negotiation and analytical skills coupled with the capacity to acquire technical knowledge and engage with people at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Good selling skills and presentation skills
