Responsibilities:

  • Perform market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify emerging customer needs
  • Define market requirements and business plan for new products, specifications and value pricing
  • Formulate total solution strategy for different applications and implement market share growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Services team to accomplish business objectives;
  • Interface with our principals, suppliers and internal sales team to influence and direct action to meet business objectives;
  • Create and present marketing materials including presentations, data sheets, promotional and training materials.
  • Provide strategic, marketing and pricing guidance to sales proposals;

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have Engineering education (bachelor’s degree or higher).
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solution or technical support in a semiconductor company.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in Marketing or development/design of MCU for consumer and industrial applications.
  • Strong, independent leader that is able to take ownership of projects and work within teams and resources to meet goals
  • Must possess excellent communication skills to promote value proposition within company, with customers and with principals.
  • Ability to travel to customers in China as well as other Asian countries.
