The company aims to sell & deliver exciting & affordable jewelry to all online shoppers across the globe. Over the past 5 years, over 50,000 pieces of jewelry are sold to 400 cities around the world under the brand names MBLife.com and MaBelle.com. The company is in a stage of immense growth as it embarks on a journey to expand their reach to over 1 million Global Sales Points.

The Job

  • Develop a distribution expansion strategy and plan to realize the ambition of the m-commerce objective
  • Develop an engagement strategy and plan to motivate, support and educate a large scale sales force to deliver the P&L
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including products, marketing, O2O, fulfilment and payment to ensure smooth operation
  • Lead and develop a young and energetic team to ensure the execution of the business plan
The Person

The Experience

  • Degree holder with minimum 8 years in sales management / business development / distributor management with 3 years in managerial / team leader level
  • Experience in leading and managing a large team of frontline associates
  • MNC background with exposure working on international brand is a PLUS
  • Experience in creating a new category based on consumer needs is a PLUS
  • Experience in project management is a PLUS

  • Able to lead and inspire others with purpose and vision, is a good story-teller
  • Demonstrate strong leadership competency in building effective team, hiring & staffing, developing direct report and engaging others
  • Deliver consistent result with strong skills in setting up metrics and measuring works
  • Highly consumer oriented and enjoy building from scratch
  • Perseverant, embrace possibility with a can-do attitude
  • Strong curiosity, a lifetime learner and possesses change agility
  • Willing and able to leverage/collaborate with shared and opened resources
  • Possess both strategic mindset and able to lead the team on execution
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Cantonese
