University graduate or equivalent
At least 7 years business and operations management experience in Banking / Insurance / Retail / Telecom
Excellent analytical, detail-oriented and problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated independent and logical thinking
Good data analysis skills
Well-versed in using MS Office, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP
Good command of English and Putonghua
Assist the Managing Director to formulate and execute business project(s).
Explore new business opportunities through strong local network.
Build and maintain good relationship with corporate clients
Perform effective management of the customer service functions
Ensure the accuracy of all transactions
Liaise with customers and business partners
Review the operations procedure periodically
Participate in the formulation of policy and standard
